About Cody: I currently live in Lyons with my dog and two cats. In my free time, I enjoy 3D printing, woodworking, working in the yard, kayaking, traveling, playing video games, listening to/playing music, and tinkering with anything mechanical or electrical. My younger brother and I have a lot of shared hobbies, so we’re almost always hanging out together when our work and school schedules lineup. I also love learning and trivia, and I strive to be a “jack of all trades”.

Favorite Sports Team: The Ohio State Buckeyes

Why are you excited to start working at Nysus Solutions? I’m excited to work for Nysus Solutions because there’s always an opportunity to learn a new skill. Each project presents its own unique set of challenges and it’s fun to work your way to a solution. There are also plenty of opportunities for cross-discipline training. I can go from mechanical design, to wiring panels and sensors, to fabrication and assembly, to electrical design or PLC programming all in the same day. There aren’t many places where you can get that kind of experience.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? There’s always something new and interesting to work on at Nysus Solutions, as well as amazing people to work with.  I cannot even remember the last time I got bored here.  It is pretty much my dream job.

What do you think sets Nysus Solutions apart from the competition? I think one of Nysus Solutions’ biggest strengths is our dedication to supporting our customer’s needs.  The level of support provided by Nysus Solutions in emergency situations is something that I have not seen in many of our competitors and I think that’s something that our customers appreciate about us.

About Steffany:   I enjoy spending time and making memories with my husband and our 3 kids. We have 2 pets, a funny dog and a crazy cat, that are currently learning to become friends. I love volunteering, baking and being outside and active with my family.

About Chad: I enjoy hanging out with my two kids, the dog, and the wife. I enjoy doing projects where I can teach my kids things like working on cars or the house. When I get free time during the fall, I enjoy watching the Browns lose every Sunday.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? The opportunity to grow and learn. One day I can be doing programming, the next project management, the next programming robots.  

What do you like most about working within the manufacturing industry? There is something new every day and it is rare that I am stuck doing repetitive things.

About Tony: Outside of work (which I do now love), I enjoy spending time with my wife, three great sons and our two dogs.  We enjoy time on or around the water with the rest of our family, along with playing golf whenever we can.  

Favorite Sports Team: There are many as I really love sports, but I love UF Football-Go Gators!

Favorite Food:  Again, there are many… A thick steak always tops the list.

Be United-Our team is the best, together we overcome many challenges and create great solutions together.  We unite with our customers to make sure that we create robust solutions that make them more efficient and accurate through their processes, therefore making them more successful.

Be Passionate-I/We pour everything we have into our products; our entire team is passionate about creating custom solutions that work for each of our customers.  We do not stop until we know it is right.

Be Thankful-I am thankful for the opportunities with our customers and never stop helping them to improve.  I am thankful for my team and will do whatever I can to help them.

What do you think sets Nysus Solutions apart from the competition?  Experience:  we have as much if not more than most of our competition.  Our combined experience allows us to design solutions that work the first time and last a long time.  Knowledge:  manufacturing is in our blood; it is what we do, and we are passionate about doing it correctly. We use our knowledge of multiple systems, launches, and processes to develop the right solution for our customers and work with them through launch and beyond.   Adaptability:  working through designs and systems can be tough at times, but we adapt with the changes and embrace change as another opportunity for success.
